Our Mission

esus declared that His Church would stand strong—even against the gates of hell.

“On this rock (πέτρᾳ) I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.”
— Matthew 16:18

But today, many still fall through those gates into the lake of fire. So it's very urgent! The Church must close that gates.

At Gospel Baptist Church, we believe that the Church is called to stand in the gap to close the gates of hell🔒

How can the gates be closed? When you share the good news of Christ's salvation to someone and they become a believer, the gates of hell are closed for them.

“I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven...”
— Matthew 16:19

Christ gave Peter (Πέτρος) the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven—the good news of His salvation. With that keys, the door of heaven must be opened for the people on earth so that they may be able to enter the kingdom of heaven.

There's a reason why Jesus gave not one but many keys. Everyone (Πέτρος) is given a key to open Heaven's door. We're honored to be called to open the gates of heaven 🔑

How so? When you share the good news of Christ's salvation to someone and he or she believes, that opens the gates of heaven for them.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

🌠 Gospel Baptist Church is not built on programs or buildings— it's built with the living stones according to the will of the owner — Jesus Christ.

🌠 Gospel Baptist Church believes that the treasures to be stored up in heaven reffers to human souls.

🌠 Jesus give us the KEYS κλείδιά (kleidia) to the kingdom of heaven, so everyone is to use the keys to open the doors to heaven to send their treasures — the lost souls.

🌠 Therefore, the mission of Gospel Baptist Church is to spread and share the good news of salvation to everyone so that the gates of hell are closed and the gates of heaven are opened to all who hear and open to believe

Equipping mature believers to share the gospel to others

Empowering leaders—pastors, deacons, elders, man, women, and youth—to share the gospel boldly and faithfully

Together, we are building a church that brings heaven to earth and keeps hell at bay
